I'm Ray,de Lange from the city Borculo in the County of Gelderland, in The Netherlands, Near the German border. I play the Scottish Bagpipes for more than 18 years. and do play Piping performances for; Weddings, Jubilee's, Events, Memorials Second World War and More. Sinds 2009 I'm work voluntary for the "Scottish Piper Club" in Scotland as moderator website Scottishpiperclub.com . via internet, the site for download bagpipe tunes or searching, helping with tunes put into bagpipe reader file, advise about maintainances, sounds, tchniques, and free tuition for pupils who don't have enough for lessons by regular Schools. or travel to join a Pipe Band.
I Have receiving a mail from John Main owner of The Scottih Piper Club Scotland. And with the Invitation to join the Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2011 on August 12th. Play with them for a special evening tribute for "The Royal British Legion" 90th Anniversay.
Sinds April 2011 become a membership by the Pipes & Drums of the Royal British Legion Osnabrueck Brance in Germany. near 130 km drive from my home Borculo. and play the Pipes and help and supporting with teaching and help them on the way of Scottish playing in tempo's Techniques and more, see here in Full dress uniform.
Now it coming to business, when the invitation received and organize a trip to Scotland I realise that's a impossible issue and way because spent all my little holidaymoney and receiving from books spend on the Uniform so that I can been a part of them with playing the performances with the Pipe Band.
This is a special year for the Royal British Legion they celebrate 90th anniversary, a Foundation wha takes care about the British Veterans from the different wars in the World. and remembrance the War victims also. Well-known as Puppy days and play for the remembrance days, services all volutary and nothing paid for. And keep the memorial alive and rememeber the 1st and 2nd World War even the wars somewhere in the World of the casualties and victims all over the world.
I'm looking for some help to fund rising money together for the travel by ferries and car of course, all the Full dress and instruments have to go with me, that's why I choose for this option and the saved one. becaurse by flight they can't promise me to take care about the luggage. and its the best way to Scotland
